Deliveries and Returns

Shipping costs

Orders are usually dispatched 2 days after receiving the payment and shipped by a carrier. Upon deliver either you or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present to receive the merchandise. 

The shipping costs include preparation, package and transportation costs. 

We advise our customers to group all items in a single order. We cannot group two different orders made separately and for each order the respective shipping costs are applied. 

Deliveries 

Orders sent by mail are shipped within 1 working day, subject to availability. 

Orders collected in a store can take from 2 to 7 working days. However, the customer is informed by the store chosen for collection.


Exchanges/Returns 

If you are not totally satisfied with our product you can exchange it or return it, within 14 days starting from the delivery date, only if the payment was made via our website. 

For payments made on store the same rules apply as for a purchase in store. 

Only returns of new products are accepted and in the original packaging. 

The shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns are not refundable. In case of exchange, if the new product is more expensive then the customer will need to pay the difference. The deadline for refund is 48 hours after delivery. 

The customer can exchange or return his/her orders online in two ways:

  • Send the product to the following address, with the respective invoice and the reasons for exchange or return:

  • Exchange or return the product only at KIKO STORE - SÁ DA BANDEIRA on working days between 10h - 12h and 14h - 16h. You should let them know that it was an online purchase and show them the respective invoice.
