Shippingand delivery

We ship with CTT Expresso, with a tracking number on every order. All products ship from Portugal.

Costs and delivery times

• Mainland Portugal - 2 to 3 working days - €3.99 - free from €80
• Azores and Madeira - 3 to 4 working days - €5.99 - free from €80
• Mainland Spain - 2 to 3 working days - €4.99 - free from €80
• France - 3 to 5 working days - €12.00 - free from €100

In Spain we only deliver to the mainland. We do not deliver to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

For other destinations, talk to us before you buy. We will tell you the shipping cost and delivery time for your country and handle the order with you.

Delivery times are counted in working days from order confirmation and already include one working day to prepare your order. We always deliver within a maximum of 30 days from order confirmation, unless agreed otherwise with you.

Free in-store pickup

You can buy online and pick up free of charge at your preferred KIKO store. At checkout, choose "Pick up in store".

Pickup is available at: Leiria Shopping, Estação Viana Shopping, Mar Shopping and Arrábida Shopping.

We will email you as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Allow 2 to 4 working days for it to arrive at the store.

How delivery works

Every shipment has a tracking number so you can follow your order.

We do not deliver to PO boxes, because the recipient's signature is always required.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, such as postal, transport or communications strikes.

Orders returned to us

If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, because the address was incomplete or because customs charges were not paid, we incur return shipping costs that we cannot recover.

In that case, we refund the value of the items and deduct the return costs we incurred, up to a maximum of:

• Orders up to €85 - €12
• Orders over €85 - €24

If you would rather we reship the order instead of refunding it, reshipping costs the same amount. In Portugal, reshipping costs €5.

This deduction reflects real shipping costs and is not a penalty. If the return happened because of us, we deduct nothing.

International shipping

Purchases delivered outside the European Union, or to territories outside the EU tax area, may be subject to customs duties and taxes on entry into the destination country. Payment of those charges is your responsibility.
