By using www.ourivesariakiko.com you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

NEVOLIN - OURIVESARIA, LDA (NIF 505166348), with registered office at Rua Alexandre Herculano, 186/192, 4000-051 Porto, Portugal, owns the KIKO Ourivesarias brand and offers a wide range of gold and silverware, jewellery and watches - rings, wedding bands, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches and more - through the website www.ourivesariakiko.com

NEVOLIN - OURIVESARIA, LDA reserves the right to change at any time the information and commercial offer regarding products, prices, promotions and commercial terms. Prices and promotions are valid for the period stated in the promotional campaign, except in the case of typographical or photographic errors, stock shortages or IT system synchronisation errors.

Intellectual Property

All content on www.ourivesariakiko.com (logos, text, images, videos, etc.) is the property of NEVOLIN - OURIVESARIA, LDA. Partial or full reproduction of the content, by any means and in any medium, requires the company's prior and express authorisation.

You may save, print or display the content of this site for personal use only. Publishing, altering, distributing or reproducing any content of this site, in any format, or linking it to any business or company, is not permitted.

Product Information

We carefully follow every procedure needed to make sure the details, descriptions, images and prices of the products shown on the site are correct. Even so, product information, including prices and promotions, may occasionally not be published correctly. In such cases, we reserve the right not to process orders for those products.

Orders may also not be shipped for other reasons: the product is out of stock, payment authorisation cannot be obtained, or the order is considered fraudulent.

Security and Payment

KIKO Ourivesarias guarantees the confidentiality of all the data you give us, both when you register and when you buy. Communications between your device and our server are encrypted so they cannot be intercepted.

You can pay for your orders with:

  • Credit and debit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • PayPal
  • Klarna

Payments are processed by established third-party providers. We do not store your full card details.

Pricing Policy

All prices shown on the site include VAT at the applicable legal rate. Payments are always made in euros.

Some banks may charge currency exchange fees. KIKO Ourivesarias has no involvement in such fees and accepts no responsibility for them.

Prices and specifications may change without notice, except for transactions already in progress.

All our products ship from Portugal. Purchases made outside the European Union, or in territories outside the EU tax area, may be subject to customs duties and taxes on entry into the destination country; payment of those charges is your responsibility.

For sales to other European Union countries, VAT is charged at the rate in force in the country of delivery, under the One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme.

Delivery Time

We deliver orders within the time stated for each destination, and never later than 30 days from order confirmation, unless agreed otherwise with you.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship with CTT Expresso, with a tracking number on every order.

  • Mainland Portugal - 2 to 3 working days - €3.99 - free from €80
  • Azores and Madeira - 3 to 4 working days - €5.99 - free from €80
  • Mainland Spain - 2 to 3 working days - €4.99 - free from €80
  • France - 3 to 5 working days - €12.00 - free from €100

In Spain we only deliver to the mainland. For other destinations, talk to us before you buy.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from the invoice date to exchange or return an item, with no need to give a reason. This period is a commercial offer from KIKO Ourivesarias, longer than the minimum 14-day withdrawal period set out in Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the form at the end of the Returns and Exchanges page, or tell us your decision by any other clear means.

After-Sales Service and Warranty

All new items benefit from the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Portuguese law for goods sold from 01-01-2022 (Decree-Law no. 84/2021). Items sold up to 31-12-2021 benefit from 2 years.

This guarantee is provided by KIKO Ourivesarias as the seller, without prejudice to any additional commercial warranties the product brands may offer.

The guarantee does not cover: materials subject to deterioration, oxidation, loss or misplacement; defects caused by knocks, improper use, inadequate care and cleaning, negligence, mishandling, modifications, unauthorised repairs, accidents or normal wear.

After the guarantee ends, we continue to provide technical assistance. If your product has a defect or fault, post the item with the invoice to Rua Alexandre Herculano, 186/192, 4000-051 Porto, Portugal. If the repair would cost you more than €20, we only start it after you approve the quote.

KIKO Ourivesarias reserves the right to modify, change or update the terms and conditions of use at any time.

Use of www.ourivesariakiko.com and the purchase of KIKO Ourivesarias products are governed by Portuguese law.
